Professors Igor Lyman and Victoria Konstantinova were invited by the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU, Lviv) to present two books of the Research Institute of Urban History devoted to the history of consular offices in the Northern Azov.
December 21, 2017 the Department of World Modern History UCU presented its collective monograph "Archives of Foreign Consular Offices as a Source for the Study of Ukrainian History during the 19th - early 20th centuries" (Lviv: UCU Publishing House, 2017, 152 pp.), and Berdyansk’s professors – monographs
