Youth Innovation Camp "U-Inn Camp" on Democracy and Human Rights in Ukraine
On October 7-8, 2017 Youth Innovation Camp "U-Inn Camp" was held in Irpin. The member of the Reasach Institute of Urban History Julia Korolevskaya was the participant of the camp. 100 young people aged 18 to 35 from all over Ukraine was attended the camp.
The main goal of the camp was to provide basic knowledge of democratization, human rights, civic tech, mechanisms of influence on local authorities and participation in decision making, project management, social entrepreneurship and other innovative approaches to solving social problems, and create an atmosphere for the exchange of opinions and ideas, the creation of teams for the U-Inn competition.
The presentation of the U-Inn Youth Innovation Contest on Democracy and Human Rights U-Inn (Nadiya Babinska, coordinator of the U-Inn Competition) was held within the camp.
The U-Inn initiative is being implemented with the support of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
