The editor of anthology is the member of the Research Institute of Urban History the candidate of historical sciences Vladislav Gribovskiy (Dnipropetrovsk); the members of the editorial board are the doctors of historical sciences, professors Victoria Konstantinova and Igor Lyman (Berdyansk).
