The book is published in "The Palgrave Studies in Gender and Migration" series.

Researchers from the Research Institute of Urban History, Viktoria Konstantinova and Igor Lyman, contributed a chapter entitled "West Meets East: The Migration Experiences of the German Wives of Western European Consuls in the Port City of Berdyansk During the Russian Empire".
