Research Institute of Urban History was a co-organizer of the annual scientific conference "Kyiv and Kyivans in the socio-cultural space of Ukraine: the city during the war"

Research Institute of Urban History, Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian, Institute of Ukrainian Archeography and Source Studies and Hrushevsky Institute of Ukrainian Archaeography and Source Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine were a co-organizers of the annual scientific conference "Kyiv and Kyivans in the socio-cultural space of Ukraine", which was held online on May 25, 2023. This year the conference was dedicated to the city during the war. Members of the Research Institute of Historical Urbanism professor Viktoria Konstantinova, professor Igor Lyman, candidate of historical sciences Serhii Bilivnenko were took part in the event. BSPU representatives once again used the scientific platform to discuss problems, which related to the cities of Southern Ukraine and, in particular, Berdyansk.
